In short: There is no sign-up, no account and no advertising tracking on this site. When you fill in the form, nothing is sent to a server of ours — your WhatsApp app opens and you send the message. Until you send it, nothing reaches us.
The site itself does not store your form data. There is no database or server-side record keeping.
Messages and photos you send reach us through WhatsApp and are governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. We use your photos solely to prepare a treatment estimate for you. We never publish them anywhere without your written consent — not on the site, not on social media, not in any marketing material.
Details such as your age, hair loss history and medication are sensitive personal data. We use them only to assess your case and plan treatment. We never sell or transfer them, except where legally compelled by a court or an official authority.
No advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics are used on this site. Only your language preference is stored in your browser, and you can clear it at any time.
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may ask what information we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and object to its processing. Simply contact us and we will act within a reasonable period.
