Not every head of hair needs the same method. Here is what we use and when.
Sapphire FUE
- Channels opened with sapphire blades instead of steel

DHI (Choi pen)
- Grafts implanted directly, without opening channels first

How it works
Six steps, three days
Send your photos
Four photos — front, top, both sides. Within 24 hours you get a graft estimate, the right technique and a fixed price.
Pick your dates
We hold your slot, book the hotel and send you a day-by-day plan before you buy your flight.
Arrival day
You are met at the airport and taken to your hotel. Blood tests and the final hairline design happen the same evening or the next morning.
Operation day
Six to eight hours under local anaesthetic, with breaks and lunch. You go back to the hotel the same day.
First wash & flight home
We do the first wash at the clinic, show you how to repeat it, hand over your kit and take you to the airport.
Months 3, 6 and 12
Your coordinator checks in. Shedding at week 4 is normal, real growth starts around month 4, and the final result lands at month 12.

Questions
The things everyone asks
How long do I need to stay in Istanbul?
Three days is enough for most people: arrival and consultation, operation, first wash and flight home. If you would rather not rush, we can spread it over four.
Does it hurt?
The operation is done under local anaesthetic. The injections at the start are the uncomfortable part; after that most patients watch films or sleep. Soreness for two or three nights afterwards is normal and controlled with the painkillers in your kit.
When will I see the result?
The transplanted hairs shed around week four — this is expected and not a failure. New growth starts at month four, becomes obvious by month eight, and the final result is judged at month twelve.
Will anyone be able to tell?
For the first two weeks, yes — there is redness and scabbing. Most people plan around ten to fourteen days before going back to the office. A hat is fine after day three.
How many grafts do I need?
That depends on your loss pattern and donor density, which is exactly what the free analysis answers. Be wary of anyone quoting a graft count without seeing your photos.
What if it does not grow?
Send us photos at your 12-month check. If the agreed area has not filled as planned, the touch-up is arranged under the terms in your treatment agreement — which you receive in writing before you travel.
How do I pay?
A deposit reserves your date, the rest is paid at the clinic. No payment is taken before your analysis and written quote.
